Good design.
Close to home.

Websites, online booking and simple business tools for companies on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Designed and built under one roof, by a studio you can actually meet.

Let’s talk
20years of design work

Twenty years designing for teams in fintech, defense, construction, child safety and civic tech. Now doing that work for the businesses on the Shore.

Four things
we get hired for.

Everything here is designed and built under one roof, so nothing gets lost between the drawing and the build. You get one point of contact from the first conversation to the day it goes live, and after.

01

A website that brings in customers.

Most local sites were built years ago by whoever was available. Yours should look like the business you actually run, show up on Google, and make it easy to call, book or buy.

Best for Restaurants, contractors, clinics, shops, marinas, farms
02

Booking, ordering and scheduling online.

Stop taking it all by phone. Appointments, reservations, orders and quotes that customers handle themselves, from their phone, and that land in your inbox or calendar.

Best for Service businesses that spend the day on the phone
03

The tools your team uses every day.

The spreadsheet that runs the business. The form that gets printed and re-typed. We turn them into simple software that fits how you already work.

Best for Growing companies with a process that lives in someone’s head
04

A brand that looks like you mean it.

Logo, colors, type and the templates to use them, so the truck, the sign, the site and the invoice all look like the same company.

Best for New businesses, and established ones ready for a refresh
The concept

A local business,
done right.

Tidewater Marine is a fictional boatyard, built to show the standard: real words, real details, and a booking flow that actually works.

How it works

Four steps,
no surprises.

One studio the whole way. Every project starts with a conversation and a short plan, so you know what it costs and what you get before anything is built. If we’re not the right fit, you keep the plan.

01

Talk.

Week 1

We meet, in person if you’re on the Shore. We learn how your business runs, who your customers are and what’s getting in the way.

02

Plan.

Week 2

You get a plain-language plan: what we’ll build, what it costs and when it’s done. No surprises later.

03

Build.

Weeks 3–8

The studio that designed it builds it. You see real progress every week, and you approve real pages, not pictures of them.

04

Launch.

Then

We go live, make sure it works on every phone, and stay on for the first month. Then it’s yours, and you know how to run it.

The studio

Hey, I’m
Jordan.

I’ve spent twenty years designing software for banks, defense contractors, construction companies and nonprofits, and building it myself. I live in Salisbury, and I started LaSail to bring that level of work to the businesses around me.

Most agencies hand your design to a separate developer, and the details fall through the gap. At LaSail, design and development happen under one roof: the designer who draws your site is the one who builds it. One point of contact, one studio accountable, and someone you can meet for coffee when something’s on your mind.

I keep the studio small on purpose and take on a few projects at a time, so every one gets real attention. If we’re a fit, you’ll know after one conversation.
